A dependable attendance system for a single PC or small site. Import clockings, apply your shift rules, and produce payroll-ready reports — without needing an internet connection.
Anytime SQLite — previously known as ATS Lite — is the local edition of our Anytime time & attendance system. Everything runs on one PC with the database stored on that machine, so there is no server to maintain and no internet dependency during the working day.
It is a good fit when one person is responsible for attendance, when your clocking device is connected to a single reception or admin PC, or when you want a simple, reliable system that does the basics properly.

Keep employee records, departments and employment details in one place, with active and inactive staff clearly separated.
Set up shift patterns and allocate employees to them, so normal hours, night shifts and weekend work are calculated correctly.
Pull clockings from your terminal or import a USB export, then match them to the right employee without retyping registers.
Apply your rules for ordinary hours, overtime, late arrivals, early departures and variances consistently across the team.
Attendance registers, monthly summaries, absenteeism, late arrivals, overtime and variance reports — ready to export.
Three repeatable steps, whether you run payroll weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Connect your clocking device or import its USB file. Anytime stores the raw punches against each employee.
Run the calculation for the period, then review flagged exceptions. Authorised users can make manual corrections with a record of the change.
